These terms govern the use of the apphighway.com website, operated by Andre Prochiner, Eichenweg 34b, 9581 Ledenitzen, Austria ("AppHighway", "we"). Separate or additional terms for individual Shopify apps are shown in the respective app's Shopify App Store listing and documentation.
1. Scope
This website presents AppHighway's Shopify apps and provides related information, documentation and a contact option. By using the website you accept these terms.
2. Shopify Apps
Our apps are distributed and billed exclusively through the Shopify App Store. Installation, subscription, trial periods and cancellation are handled by Shopify's platform mechanisms. Prices and features are stated in the respective app listing. You can cancel at any time by uninstalling the app from your store; billing then ends with the current billing period — no notice period, no cancellation fee. Our offers are directed at merchants acting as businesses (entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB); a consumer right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. Refunds are governed by Shopify's App Store terms. App-specific terms, where provided, take precedence over these website terms.
3. Content & Availability
We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee its completeness or correctness. We may change, restrict or discontinue parts of the website at any time. Statements about apps that are marked as in development or planned are non-binding and may change.
4. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are liable only for damage arising from injury to life, body or health, or from the breach of essential contractual obligations, and in that case limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Liability for lost profits or indirect damage from the mere use of this website is excluded to the extent legally permissible.

All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, software) is protected by copyright and belongs to AppHighway or its licensors, unless marked otherwise. "Shopify" is a trademark of Shopify Inc.; AppHighway is an independent studio and not affiliated with Shopify Inc.
6. Governing Law & Final Provisions
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. Should individual provisions of these terms be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. We may amend these terms for the future; the current version is published on this page.
