Publisher Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the AppHighway Publisher Program. By publishing tools on our marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Publisher Terms and Conditions ("Publisher Terms"), in addition to our general Terms of Service.

AppHighway operates a curated marketplace for MCP-compatible tools. As a publisher, you can distribute your tools to our user base and earn revenue from their usage.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To become a publisher on AppHighway, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have a valid PayPal account for receiving payments
• Agree to these Publisher Terms and our general Terms of Service
• Provide accurate contact and payment information

3. Revenue Share

AppHighway offers an industry-leading 90/10 revenue split. You retain 90% of all revenue generated from your tools, while AppHighway retains 10% to cover platform operations, payment processing, and infrastructure costs.

Revenue is calculated based on the points value of each tool call. The monetary value of points is determined by the user's subscription plan. Only usage from paying users generates publisher revenue.

4. Payout Terms

Payouts are processed manually upon request with the following conditions:

• Minimum Payout: $50 USD
• Payment Method: PayPal
• Currency: USD
• Processing Time: 5-10 business days

The payout process works as follows:

1. You request a payout from your Publisher Dashboard when your pending balance reaches $50 or more
2. Our team reviews the payout request within 1-3 business days
3. Upon approval, payment is sent to your registered PayPal email
4. You receive the funds in your PayPal account within 5-10 business days

5. Tax Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all taxes applicable to your earnings from AppHighway. This includes, but is not limited to, income tax, self-employment tax, VAT, and any other applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

AppHighway does not withhold taxes and will not provide tax forms. You should consult with a qualified tax professional regarding your tax obligations.

6. Tool Quality Standards

All tools published on AppHighway must meet our quality standards:

• Tools must be fully functional and properly tested before submission
• Documentation must be provided in at least one supported language (English or German)
• Tools must not contain malicious code, backdoors, or security vulnerabilities
• Tools must not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• Tools must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Violation of these standards may result in tool removal, account suspension, or termination of your publisher account.

7. Termination

You may terminate your publisher account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination:

• Your published tools will be removed from the marketplace
• Any pending payout balance above $50 will be processed
• Pending balances below $50 will be forfeited after 90 days

AppHighway reserves the right to suspend or terminate publisher accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

AppHighway is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from the use of your tools by users. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AppHighway from any claims related to your tools.

AppHighway's total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the total payments made to you in the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Publisher Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Publisher Dashboard. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
